Our understanding of the way the Universe works is changing exponentially even as this is written....the great clockwork model of creation has become a poor description of the magical place in which we live....a place where electrons display characteristics of consciousness and space itself pulses with energies we can barely imagine....a place where magic and miracles are normal....

In this Universe the Newtonian laws of action and reaction are superseded by Divine laws of love - the Prime Mover is with us always, not in some distant time in the past, but here presently....and we are it.

Together we create our world. We are all leaders. The chain of command is more like a web of experience, and organizations which can feel the slightest tug on that web are operating more in confluence with the Universe than those which attempt to move ideas from inbox to outbox - one laborious link at a time.

At the end of a gecko’s fingers are a myriad of tiny hairs, and at the end of those filaments are atoms which feel the glass on which it clings...those atoms share an energy with the atoms of the glass....in a very real sense the gecko and the window become one in that subatomic place....so we too experience the world by becoming it - we experience change by being it - we experience love by giving it....

We lead by becoming One. Jesus said the last shall be first and the first shall be last. This is not just a pretty phrase - it is a description of how the Universe works. The Universe is not a great machine - it is a great thought....and we are all part of it.
